Jean Gaillard
Jean Gaillard has turned his passion for horses into a vocation that cares for them. His travels throughout the horse world started as a young man in Belgium and include caring for horses in Ethiopia, Kenya, New York, and now in California. Jean prides himself on being a Professional Farrier and Equine Dental Technician. His experience has included Race Horses, Dressage Horses, Hunter Jumpers, Pack Horses, Trail Horses and Mules.
In 2005 Jean and his family relocated to beautiful Cuyama, California where his practice includes farrier and dental work on the diverse breeds and disciplines that the Central Coast is home to.
Jean's treatments and philosophies are a beneficial blend of traditional and new; designed to do what is right for the horse. From Hot Shoeing to Trimming and from Floating to Extraction--the comfort and well being of the horse are the priority.
